The Recovery Reset
EQYP Campaign
Recovery, isn't a rest-day cop out.
01 - the brief
Reframe recovery as the workout.
EQYP makes recovery tools — foam roller, massage ball, muscle compressor. The assignment: speak to an audience worn down by hustle culture and reframe recovery as active practice where strength is actually built — calm, intentional, no hype.
02 - the insight
Give permission, then let sensation prove it.
The audience wants permission to slow down without feeling like they're falling behind. So the concept positions recovery as where progress lives, and proves each tool through felt sensation — release you can see — rather than claims.
Show up for the work, then show up for the reset — that's the whole practice.
03 - the creativge engine
Strategy before a single frame.
Pain
Hustle culture with no recovery — progress stalling, body run down
Persona
The person who wants permission to slow down without losing progress
Angle
Recovery isn't a rest-day cop-out — it's where strength is built
Funnel
Unaware → problem-aware (reframe-led)
The path the concept runs on.

Format
Testimonial
A first-person testimonial built on a reframe, opened on a curiosity gap. Naming the part of training nobody talks about pulls you in, then recovery gets recast as where progress is actually made.
05 - the execution
Thirty-five seconds, calm pacing, natural light, tactile close-ups.
Hook
"Nobody really talks about the part after the workout—the part where you actually get stronger."
Reframe.
Recovery as where progress lives, delivered plainly.
Proof.
Each tool in use — roller, ball, compressor — function shown through sensation.
Payoff.
Visible release; end card: "Recovery Changes Everything."
06 - Production
Where the thinking gets made.
