How pricing works
Every number above is a floor. The full one gets set once the work is scoped, because a launch with three deliverables and one with fifteen are not the same project. They ascend by what each one carries. Campaign starts above Strategy because it carries the thinking and the making both. I don't run per-asset menus and I don't discount to win, and if the budget is genuinely under a floor I'll propose a smaller version of the real thing rather than a discounted version of the big one. Need pieces of two of them? That's one scoped conversation, not a menu.
Way to work together
Most brands start with one and grow into the next.
Every engagement starts by finding what's actually driving growth, or blocking it. That's what decides which of these you need.
Strategy & Systems
from $3,000
The diagnosis before the build: positioning, messaging, and the creative map everything else follows. For the brand that needs to know what to say before it spends on saying it.
Content Systems + Infrastructure
from $3,500
The repeatable engine your team keeps running after I build it: a 30-day content engine, a 90-day campaign library, a testing framework. For when the problem is consistency, not a one-off.
Campaign Strategy + Production
from $4,000
Scoped start to finish: strategy through finished assets, with a real deadline attached. Production sits inside the campaign, scoped as a batch and never by the asset.
How an engagement runs
First insight to final asset.
01
Onboarding
The full brand intake, access to what's already running, and whatever you have, in whatever state it's in.
02
Diagnosis
I go through the brand, the market, and the numbers, then name the real problem in writing.
03
Strategy
Positioning, messaging, and the creative map the rest of the work follows.
04
Production
The work gets made against that brief, not handed to someone else's read of it. Short-form video, photography, paid creative, whatever the strategy called for.
05
Reporting & iteration
What worked, what didn't, and what changes next. Documented so your team can keep running it.
06
Partnership
When the work should keep going, it becomes the Fractional engagement. The same loop monthly, without rebuilding context every quarter.
Where each engagement sits: Strategy & Systems ends at 03. Campaign Strategy + Production runs through 04. Content Systems + Infrastructure ends at 05, documented and handed over. Fractional Creative & Growth Partner is 06, the whole loop on a monthly cadence.
Capabilities demonstrated
Every engagement draws from the same range. Which parts you get depends on the problem.
The right fit
What makes these work.
There's enough to diagnose. Some traction, some content, some numbers, even if none of it is tidy.
You're not sure whether it's a strategy problem or a creative problem. That's usually the sign it's both.
Mostly wellness, travel, and consumer brands, extending into beauty, outdoor, lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so early. The right fit matters more than the next project.
You want direction, not just delivery. Someone who arrives with a point of view instead of waiting for the brief.
You're building something meant to compound, rather than buying content by the piece.
The engagements my services are built on.

FAQ
Questions that come up.
Production is scoped as a batch tied to the strategy, never by the asset. It lives inside the Campaign engagement rather than as a standalone menu, so the message and the work carrying it stay connected.
Yes, and it's often the smartest first step. Strategy & Systems is a standalone engagement, and everything downstream costs less when the positioning is already settled.
By type of work, in starting-from floors, with the full number set once the scope is clear. I won't ask your budget ceiling. I'll ask about volume, cadence, and who runs the work afterward, because those are what actually determine the lane.
It depends on scope, and every proposal names milestones and dates rather than a vague window. Rush timelines are possible at a rush rate.
Yes, on a separate partner basis with its own structure. Use the contact form rather than the booking link and I'll route it correctly.
